The hose reels permit a quick hose rewinding making the workspace more efficient and tidy. The FAICOM hose reels are suitable for distribution of air, low and high pressure water, oil, grease and welding gases. The technical solutions adopted and the metallic construction of FAICOM hose reels guarantee sturdiness, long life and limited maintenance.
The hose reels of VG - VGL ranges have been designed mainly to rewind ¾” and 1” hoses for distribution of diesel and urea solutions.
The components which go in contact with the fluid are produced with materials resistant to oxidation and compatible with several chemical products. For this reason, these hose reels can be used also to distribute other fluids like antifreeze, windshield liquid, water-based solutions of detergents or disinfectants. They cannot be used with petrol, solvents, flammable or chemical agent or highly corrosive liquids.
The hot-galvanized steel structure is moulded and coated with electrostatic polyester powder resistant to UV rays. The hose reels rewind automatically the hose by a spring located in the drum and can lock it at the desired length. The special open design ensures an easy hose assembly and replacement as well as a control on the rewinding. The hose-guide arms can be fixed in three different positions according to the hose reel installation.

The automatic hose reels of VGX – VGLX ranges are mainly used for hot water cleaning with flexible hoses up to 1” diameter.

FAICOM lubrication equipments are divided in two ranges of products: oil-grease dispensing kits for the distribution of grease, oil and others fluids like diesel fuel, Urea and waste oil suction units/drainers for waste oil collection.
Distribution devices can be equipped complete with trolley or supplied to be installed in centralized systems combined to hose-reels. Pneumatic power allows to operate with maximum safety, even in proximity of flammable products.
The new pneumatic Multifluid DP2100 pumps have been designed for applications requiring resistance to oxidation and compatibility with chemical products.
These pumps are mainly manufactured in fibreglass forced composite material and can easily replace stainless steel pumps with the advantage of a lower cost.
A great variety of low viscosity fluids can be delivered through these pumps: oil, diesel oil, urea, antifreeze, windshield liquid as well as water-based solutions of detergents or disinfectants and many other fluids. These pumps cannot be used with petrol, solvents, flammable or chemical agent or highly corrosive liquids.
High flow performances make these pumps suitable to transfer high volumes of fluid at low/medium distances. The pneumatic double-cylinder motor offers compact size, sturdiness and good functionality.
The DOUBLE EFFECT pumping system ensures a constant delivery of fluid. All metal parts on the pumps are made in stainless steel. Several accessories can be supplied on demand: stainless steel suction tubes, suction flexible hoses, rings for metal or plastic drums, supports for wall applications.
