FAICOM lubrication equipments are divided in two ranges of products: oil-grease dispensing kits for the distribution of grease, oil and others fluids like diesel fuel, Urea and waste oil suction units/drainers for waste oil collection. Distribution devices can be equipped complete with trolley or supplied to be installed in centralized systems combined to hose-reels. Pneumatic power allows to operate with maximum safety, even in proximity of flammable products.

The new pneumatic Multifluid DP2100 pumps have been designed for applications requiring resistance to oxidation and compatibility with chemical products. These pumps are mainly manufactured in fibreglass forced composite material and can easily replace stainless steel pumps with the advantage of a lower cost. A great variety of low viscosity fluids can be delivered through these pumps: oil, diesel oil, urea, antifreeze, windshield liquid as well as water-based solutions of detergents or disinfectants and many other fluids. These pumps cannot be used with petrol, solvents, flammable or chemical agent or highly corrosive liquids. High flow performances make these pumps suitable to transfer high volumes of fluid at low/medium distances. The pneumatic double-cylinder motor offers compact size, sturdiness and good functionality. The DOUBLE EFFECT pumping system ensures a constant delivery of fluid. All metal parts on the pumps are made in stainless steel. Several accessories can be supplied on demand: stainless steel suction tubes, suction flexible hoses, rings for metal or plastic drums, supports for wall applications.
